I’m scared of it and i wonder how you could protect your self with ticks.

Hello, I live in Boston, MA and a friend is selling me a real estate property in Honduras.
The seller says that we don’t need to travel to honduras in order to close the deal.
What is the process and what should I know when purchasing real estate over seas, what is the best way to protect my self, do I need a lawyer?

Make sure you know what you are buying but you can’t protect yourself entirely. Civil unrest or political changes can take your property without paying you anything if they decide to nationalize.

When walking my dog I sometimes fear another dog attacking mine. Would the Muzzle Pepper Spray be a good way to protect me and my dog?

I always carry pepper spray when I am out walking my dogs. Just in case another dog decides to attack one of mine I don’t want to stand there helpless. I think pepper spray is a great defense weapon because it won’t give the dog any long term injuries but it will stop any attack immediately. I have never had to use it, but I am glad I have it.
Just remember, pepper spray doesn’t just effect the dog you spray it on, it affects everyone in a small radius around you so you will get some, your dog will get some; it isn’t fatal but it is very painful so only use it if absolutely necessary.
